How do I increase the ringer volume if I can’t hear incoming calls?
If you are missing calls try turning up the ringer volume. Press the volume up button on your phone to make it louder quickly. You can also go to Settings, Sound or Sound & Vibration and move the slider to make the ringer louder. Make sure your phone is not, on mode, vibration-only mode or Do Not Disturb because these can mute call sounds. Also check your ringtone. If its a sound or none at all change it to a louder one.
